goal: Create HTML templates from rough wireframes.

solution: I worked with the design manager to improve the application flow as I built the templates and worked with a designer to apply a more polished design. To reduce production time, I built the site using pure CSS. This allowed the engineers more flexibility in changing the flow at a later date.
